Borrower Protections

Proper valuation, documentation and communication are essential components of all our transactions. We work diligently at following wise business and transactional decisions while making sure that both borrower and lender are protected. Our business is built on repeat clients and making sure each transaction is a “win-win” for all involved is important.

  • All loans are closed through a title company.
  • Value is verified by a licensed, third-party appraiser
  • Survey is required for all property used as collateral
  • Loan proposal outlining all terms and fees is provided before processing begins
